ep777 Terms and Conditions — Your Rights & Responsibilities

Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "you", "your") and ep777 ("ep777", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at ep777.im. By creating an account, making a deposit, or placing any bet or wager on ep777, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms in full.

These Terms apply to all services offered on ep777, including sports betting (cricket, football, tennis, kabaddi and other sports), casino games (Teen Patti, Poker, card games, crash games and live dealer tables), and all promotional offers. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use ep777.

ep777 reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, we will notify registered players by email or via an in-platform notice at least seven days before the changes take effect. Your continued use of ep777 after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Eligibility

To register and maintain an active account on ep777, you must meet all of the following conditions at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the platform:

• You are at least 18 years of age.
• You are not located in a jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited by applicable law.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent for, or on behalf of, any third party.
• You do not already hold another ep777 account. One account per person, per household, per device is the rule.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, or close family member of an ep777 employee, contractor, or affiliate partner.
• You have not previously been self-excluded from ep777 or had an account closed for violation of these Terms.

ep777 reserves the right to request identity documentation from any player at any time. This includes national ID, passport, proof of address, or documentation confirming the ownership of the payment method used. Failure to provide requested documentation within 14 days will result in suspension of withdrawal access until verification is complete.

Your Account

When you register on ep777, you create a single account tied to your verified identity. All account information provided during registration must be accurate and kept up to date. Providing false information — including a false name, date of birth, or identity document — is a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account closure.

You are fully responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. ep777 will never ask for your password, and any message claiming to be from ep777 and requesting your login credentials should be treated as fraudulent and reported to our support team immediately.

• Do not share your login details with anyone, including family members.
• Log out of the platform when using a shared or public device.
• Enable login notifications from your account security settings.
• Contact support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

ep777 maintains detailed logs of account activity. In the event of a disputed transaction or unauthorised access claim, we will review these logs as part of the investigation. We cannot be held responsible for losses resulting from you sharing your credentials or failing to secure your device.

Deposits & Withdrawals

All transactions on ep777 are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The platform supports the following payment methods: Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, IBFT bank transfer, and Visa/Mastercard debit and credit cards. ep777 charges no fees on deposits or withdrawals. Your payment provider may charge their own fees — these are outside ep777's control and you should check with your wallet provider or bank directly.

Withdrawal rules: Withdrawals may only be directed to a payment method that has been verified on your account. For security reasons, you cannot withdraw to a new destination immediately after changing your payment details — a 24-hour holding period applies to protect against unauthorised redirects. The first withdrawal from any new payment method also requires a brief verification check.

Betting Rules

The following rules apply to all sports betting activity on ep777, covering cricket, football, tennis, kabaddi, basketball, esports and all other sports offered on the platform.

• Bet acceptance: A bet is accepted only when you receive a confirmation from ep777 and a bet reference number is generated. Bets not confirmed due to connectivity issues on your end are not valid.
• Odds at time of placement: The odds displayed at the moment you confirm your bet are the odds that apply, regardless of subsequent market movement.
• Maximum payouts: Single bet maximum payouts are Rs 5,000,000 for cricket, Rs 3,000,000 for football, and Rs 10,000,000 for accumulators. ep777 reserves the right to limit maximum stake on specific markets.
• Abandoned matches: If a cricket match does not meet the minimum over requirement under competition rules, all bets are void and stakes are returned. Football matches abandoned after 90 minutes are settled on the result at abandonment.
• Obvious errors: If odds are published in error due to a technical fault at a level clearly disproportionate to market expectations, ep777 reserves the right to void bets placed at those erroneous odds. Players will be notified and stakes returned.
• In-play betting: Live in-play bets are subject to the same rules as pre-match bets. Market suspensions during significant events are temporary and standard practice — any bets confirmed before suspension remain valid.

ep777 monitors betting patterns for irregularities. Unusual betting activity that suggests access to inside information or coordinated market manipulation may result in bet voiding and account review.

Casino & Games

ep777's casino section includes live dealer games (Teen Patti, Poker, Baccarat), card games, crash games, and digital games powered by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems. The following rules apply across all casino games.

• RNG certification: All digital games use independently audited RNG systems. Certificates are available on request from our compliance team.
• Return to Player (RTP): Published RTP percentages for each game are based on actual long-term play outcomes from certified systems. Individual session results will vary significantly from the published RTP.
• Live dealer games: Live dealer studios are operated under internationally certified gaming licences. Dealer conduct is monitored continuously and game results are recorded. In the unlikely event of a technical failure during a live game, the round is void and stakes returned.
• Game rules: Each game variant has its own set of rules displayed within the game interface. In case of conflict between in-game rules and these general Terms, the in-game rules for that specific game take precedence.
• Teen Patti variants: ep777 offers Classic, Joker, Muflis, AK47, Best of Four, and other variants. Each variant follows the specific rules displayed at the table. Minimum stake is Rs 50 per hand.

Bonuses & Promotions

ep777 offers bonuses and promotions to new and existing players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms displayed at the time of the offer, in addition to the general bonus rules below.

• Wagering requirements: Most bonuses require a wagering requirement (also called rollover) to be met before bonus funds can be withdrawn. The specific requirement — for example, 10x the bonus amount — is stated clearly before you opt in. Wagering requirements are calculated on bonus amounts only, not on your cash balance.
• Game contribution: Different game types contribute differently towards wagering requirements. Sports bets at odds of 1.70 or higher typically contribute 100%. Casino games may contribute at different rates depending on the game — details are specified in each promotion's terms.
• Expiry: All bonuses have an expiry period, stated in the bonus terms. Uncompleted wagering requirements after expiry result in forfeiture of the bonus balance. Your cash balance is unaffected.
• One bonus at a time: Only one bonus can be active at a time. You cannot claim a second bonus until the first is either completed or expired.
• Bonus abuse: ep777 monitors for bonus abuse patterns including systematic low-risk betting to complete wagering requirements, multiple accounts claiming the same bonus, and coordinated wagering between accounts. Accounts found to be abusing promotions will have bonuses removed and may be restricted from future promotional offers.
• No bonus deposit option: You may always choose to deposit without accepting any bonus. If you would like to deposit without a bonus, select "No Bonus" in the cashier before confirming your deposit.

Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on ep777 and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and where applicable, referral to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one account, or registering under a false identity.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other tool to place bets or interact with the platform in a way not permitted for regular players.
• Attempting to exploit errors, malfunctions, or glitches in the platform software or payment system.
• Colluding with other players, particularly in poker or live dealer games, to gain an unfair advantage.
• Placing bets based on inside information about sporting events, match outcomes, or player conditions not publicly available at the time of the bet.
• Using ep777 to launder money or conduct any transaction that is illegal under applicable law.
• Accessing ep777 using a VPN or proxy service to circumvent geographic restrictions.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing ep777 staff or other players through any channel.

Privacy & Data

ep777 collects and processes personal data as described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms and should be read alongside them. By registering on ep777, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

The key points are: your data is used to operate your account, process payments, conduct KYC verification, prevent fraud, and comply with regulatory obligations. Your data is not sold to third parties for marketing purposes. You have the right to request a copy of the data held about you and to request correction of inaccurate data.

• ep777 uses TLS 1.3 encryption for all data in transit.
• Payment card details are tokenised — raw card numbers are not stored on ep777 servers.
• Account and transaction logs are retained for the period required under applicable law, typically seven years.
• You may request account data deletion subject to regulatory retention requirements.

Responsible Gaming

ep777 is committed to providing a safe gaming environment. The following responsible gaming tools are available to all players free of charge and take effect immediately when set:

• Deposit limits: Set a daily, weekly, or monthly cap on how much you can deposit. Once set, limits cannot be increased for 24 hours.
• Loss limits: Set a maximum amount you can lose within a defined period. When the limit is reached, further play is suspended for the remainder of the period.
• Session timers: Set a maximum session length. A notification is sent when the timer expires; the account can be configured to lock out play until the next day.
• Self-exclusion: Request exclusion from ep777 for a period of 30 days, 90 days, 6 months, 1 year, or permanently. During exclusion, you cannot log in, deposit, or place bets. Permanent self-exclusion cannot be reversed.
• Reality checks: Enable periodic notifications showing how long you have been playing and your net result for the session.

Limitation of Liability

ep777 provides the platform on an "as available" basis. While we work to maintain high availability and reliability, we do not guarantee that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of technical issues at all times.

• ep777 is not liable for losses arising from platform downtime, connectivity issues on your end, or third-party payment gateway delays.
• ep777 is not responsible for losses resulting from you sharing your login credentials or failing to secure your device.
• In the event of a technical error that results in an incorrect balance or incorrect odds display, ep777 reserves the right to correct the error. You will not be entitled to retain a benefit arising directly from a technical error.
• ep777's total liability to any player for any cause of action shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30 days preceding the claim, or Rs 100,000, whichever is lower.

Nothing in these Terms limits ep777's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

Account Termination

Either party may close an ep777 account. If you wish to close your account, contact support at support@ep777.im. Any remaining balance will be paid out to your verified payment method within 5 business days of the closure request, provided there are no outstanding bonus wagering requirements or compliance holds.

ep777 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close an account where:

• A player has violated any provision of these Terms.
• A player has provided false identity or payment information.
• A player has engaged in prohibited conduct as described in Section 8.
• A regulatory or legal obligation requires us to do so.
• We have reasonable grounds to believe an account is being used for money laundering, fraud, or other illegal activity.

Where an account is closed for a Terms violation, ep777 may retain any bonus funds and winnings derived from the violation. Any deposits made in good faith, separate from the violation, will be returned.

Disputes

If you have a complaint or dispute with ep777, please follow this process:

• Step 1 — Contact Support: Submit a written description of the dispute to support@ep777.im. Include your account username, the relevant transaction ID or game round ID, and a clear description of the issue. We aim to acknowledge all complaints within 24 hours.
• Step 2 — Internal Review: ep777's compliance team will investigate the complaint and provide a written response within 14 days. For complex matters, we may request additional documentation or information from you.
• Step 3 — Escalation: If you are not satisfied with the outcome of the internal review, you may escalate the matter to the independent dispute resolution service attached to our licensing authority. Details of the escalation process are provided with our final written response.

Bet settlement disputes must be raised within 72 hours of the relevant event settling. Disputes raised after this period may not be investigated unless there is clear evidence of a technical error affecting the settlement.

Amendments to These Terms

ep777 may update these Terms at any time. The current version is always available on this page, with the "Last Updated" date shown at the top. For changes that materially affect your rights or obligations as a player, we will provide at least seven days' notice via email to your registered address and/or via an in-platform notification before the changes take effect.

Your continued use of ep777 after the notice period constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not accept the updated Terms, you may close your account and withdraw your balance before the changes take effect, free of any fees from ep777.
